Mid-Week Balance: 7 December 2011

This edition of MWB is going back to all of the incredible resources of the writers I follow.  Since last week was an archive edition, I’m excited to get back to the regular format.  I hope that you find some inspiration, some support, or something to lift you up this week.

Dr. Rick Hanson reminds us to start with the basics.

Chris Guillebeau, at the Art of Non-Conformity reminds us that we’re all working with limited time, and challenges us to act that way.

Anna Guest-Jolly uses her beautiful Curvy Yoga site to remind us that self-love and self-acceptance are the results of a long-term journey.

Leo Babauta reminds us that the decisions we make that change our lives are not the big ones.

And, while this post from Jeannine Walston of the Embodiworks blog is directed at cancer patients and their caregivers, I think that all of us can find value in her coping tips for the holidays.

How about you? Favorite resources to share this week? What is helping you get through the holiday season? Please share!
